Why performance-based instead of a big retainer?

Because it forces us to be good. When our revenue depends on your revenue, you never have to wonder if you're getting value. Incentives do the quality control.

What does a typical engagement cost?

The assessment is a small one-time fee. After that, most clients pay a modest monthly retainer plus a performance bonus tied to growth targets while we structure their system and coach their existing team. If you have no outbound engine at all, we'll build and run one on a commission basis until your team can take it over. Full-time sales leadership costs $250,000+ a year; every Stone Tower engagement is a fraction of that.

How fast do we see something?

The assessment lands within days of starting. From there, the first visible win (a cleaned-up CRM, a live outbound campaign, a mapped pipeline) typically happens inside the first 30 days.

What if it isn't working?

You can end any engagement with 30 days written notice. You keep everything we built. And because most of our pay is tied to results, a failing engagement costs you very little, which is exactly the point.
